This is one of the best investments in my health that I have made thus far. I put my headphones on and go in. I feel the effects from working out on the trampoline all throughout my body. I noticed the day after working out; from the aches and pains, I was using muscles I did not even realize I was using; shoulders, back, and stomach. Although you can fold it up and store it convienently under a bed, or behind a sofa, etc., I keep it assembled in my bedroom. I must say that pictures on the internet are always misleading, because you can never truly visualize how big/small an item would look in your home. I know it gives the dimensions, but who really gets out the measuring tape??? I must say it takes up a substantial amount of space in my New York apartment bedroom, but I do not mind. A little food for thought; get that mesuring tape out….

This rebounder is just big enough, and just firm enough to work fine. I had no trouble putting it together. The only problem is that the frame that you’re supposed to hold onto, doesn’t fit onto the rebounder. I just can’t figure it out. But that doesn’t make it unusable. It just makes the handrail a weird problem.
